A 16-year-old girl has been charged with 89 offences after allegedly stealing more than $40,000 of goods and a car during a month-long crime spree in Darwin links of london charms.

Entertainer Patti Newton says she is devastated after thieves stole valuable and sentimental jewellery while she was having coffee at a Melbourne shopping centre links of london charms.

Police have described their value as “substantial” and Ms Newtown, wife of entertainer Bert Newton, said they were not insured.
